Do you have a child on the Autism Spectrum Disorder or Sensory Processing Disorder?

Do you take your child to their therapy sessions and everything else?

Do you go to work to bring in the money for the family?

Do you put yourself last on the list of people to look after?

You are not alone.  We all do it!  There is just so much to do when you have children and we do feel selfish if we do something for ourselves.  But your child/ren needs a well mum and dad.  It is extremely important for EVERYONE to look after themselves in order to maintain well being.  This program is to help you to look at where you are right now and get to where you want to be.

You are important!  This program is all about YOU! Not your child, partner, friends, relatives. It is about YOU.

During the It’s Time to Look After Me Program you will:

  • Have 9 X 1 hour phone/Skype calls for self care mentoring.
  • A wellness consult every 3 weeks to check progress.  This looks at how you are looking after yourself holistically.
  • One 30 minute check in call each week.  A great way to touch base and some more encouragement to look after you.
  • Develop a list of goals you will like to start to achieve.  Everyone needs goals to reach in life and believe me you can achieve them with the right support.
  • After each call you will receive a written summary of conversation. This helps you to remember our conversation and a reminder of what you want to work on.
  • Weekly motivation emails. Its not easy to start a new behaviour of looking after yourself and motivational emails will keep you going.
  • Unlimited email access. This gives you more opportunity to share your achievements and ask questions.
  • Secret Facebook Group. There is nothing better than being surrounded by mums and dads not only starting to look after themselves but they all have children with Autism and Sensory Processing Disorder.  Everyone understands in this group.
  • Monthly newsletter.  Full of information that you may find some interesting information.
